Sometimes I find standard swinging doors can create a cumbersome experience - in other words, sometimes they’re annoying. 🫣🤭

For easier flow and less opening/closing of a door that mostly stays open, we opted for a slider door between this primary bedroom and primary bathroom + closet en-suite.

Door is custom and hand-made by @taylorsmithsc of knotty alder.

I discovered @anonystudio lighting at ICFF 2021 - an independent maker, small-biz based in Toronto. Shortly after, we installed one of their beautiful lights in one of our Portland projects and it’s the cherry on top of a consciously sourced dining room.
