I had the opportunity to attend an incredible Female Founders event this week hosted by Giledan Search and Jenny Dalio, with panelists Emma Bates + Ariella Feldmanin Darien, Connecticut. I absolutely thrive connecting to fellow women entrepreneurs and deeply believe community + camaraderie is essential to all of our well-being.
I left feeling inspired and motivated, with a journal full of notes.
Here are a few key take-aways:
Just start. Wherever you are, take the first smallest step possible. Even if you don’t know steps 5,6,7; clarity will come to you once you’re moving.
The choice to pursue your passion doesn’t have to have a timeline to be successful.
Take risks outside of business – fun risks – to boost confidence, kick-start momentum and manage the imposter syndrome we all feel.
Why not you?
