This bath functions as the guest powder bath and the kids primary bathroom: we wanted it to pack a punch and be uber functional for two young boys.
In rethinking the floor plan, we flipped the primary suite and kids bathroom layout to give the primary en-suite the square footage it deserves, plus the privacy + views to the backyard. In the kids bath, we snuck in an extra bench in the tub, plus vertical storage.
Durable and playful materials were selected to balance functionality and style. Being the bathroom guests also use, we went extra stylish with the statement green concrete sink, minimalist blue mirror and brass lighting.
A favorite detail? The round knobs on the vanity are original to the home and salvaged during demolition.
